I did it! This first week I started at 314lbs. and finished at 311lbs. Woo Hoo!!! I feel like I didn't really deserve it, though. I still made poor choices with my food, it just wasn't as bad as usual. I need to remember that slow and steady wins the race because in order to keep the weight off, I have to do this the right way. I have to admit, I am going over to my sister's house tonight to a pizza coupon, but I will try my best to be smart about quantity. I'll let you know if I am successful.
